Rebranding positioning a multi-currency card to produce a modernised, sleek and inclusive brand more in touch with its consumers.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

EasyFX, who develop pre-paid multi-currency cards for travel, had an inconsistent message, an unclear product offering, and an unclear and unmanaged digital presence. Sitting in a crowded marketplace with disruptors such as Revolut and Transferwise, EasyFX needed a re-developed digital offering that would hold a competitive advantage without isolating existing customers.

WHAT WE DELIVERED

To begin the project, we delivered business consulting and strategy workshops to nail down EasyFX’s requirements and map out a suitable strategy. Next, we redesigned the brand’s visual identity, creating a new logo, brand colours and assets to match this new direction. The EasyFX website was redesigned and rebuilt with a modern look and a new focus on UX. Extensive keyword research was performed and an SEO strategy was put in place. Further, we delivered refined digital marketing communications and developed a new tone of voice for the brand, creating a warmer, more human feel. Finally, we worked to reshape EasyFX’s content approach by prioritising inclusivity in the travel sphere and thus transformed how the brand was perceived on social media.
