Our training programs are designed to be highly engaging and interactive, using a mixture of teaching techniques but putting learning by doing at the heart of our workshops. Participants leave the workshop with new perspectives, enhanced leadership skills for a new age, and tools for further personal development.

Inclusive Innovation is a methodology that encourages inclusive thinking within the product development process through the acceptance and integration of different perspectives. This not only diversifies the workplace but also keeps in mind normally excluded individuals when delivering a product or service. Innovators should always consider the differences and barriers of users as well as identify gaps in the existing market.
That’s where we come in. We can work with you to identify those gaps, and provide thorough research and reporting to broaden the reach of the product you’re developing. We’ll work with you to ensure that the ideas you have are not only directed towards a general audience, but also inclusive of marginalised groups, keeping in mind ideas like gender, financial literacy, or socio-economic access.
Inclusive Innovation isn’t just the right thing to do but it opens the door to exciting new opportunities for business growth that had not been explored. Within the area of Inclusive Innovation, we offer the following services:
Inclusive Innovation Workshops: here we work with a mixed-gendered and skills-based organisational cohort where we unpack inclusive ideas using Design Thinking methodologies.
Product/Service Strategy: either in junction with the Inclusive Innovation workshop or as an independent service we explore Inclusive Innovation ideas that could be integrated into the business. We produce tested prototypes supported by extensive primary and secondary research as to the feasibility and viability of these ideas.
Production and Development of Ideas: with our team of product designers, technologists and UX designers we can fully develop the most viable Inclusive Innovation ideas.
